Huge foodie here and I'm seeking the collective wisdom and kind recommendations for your help please.
This trip I will be only in Tokyo with my family and a young one. I might have some spare time to myself but I can't travel too far out.
I'm a huge foodie and love to visit little hidden spots and independent shops/producers/breweries. I did some research and saw that there are places like make your own chopsticks in Kawagoe and I'm looking for more of such places where I can make my own stuffs. Also, as a huge foodie i would like to get my hands on some good quality cooking ingredients such as aged soy sauce and all (bought from independent producers/micro brewery/sellers/family business would be a bonus).
