Hi! I am taking a trip to Vietnam next week and I read that I need cash to pay for my visa stamp on arrival – should be dollars or Vietnamese dong. I know its best to exchange in the country on arrival, but there are no exchange booths before immigration according to what I have read. Does anyone know a good place to exchange currency in Kyoto? I have searched a lot and haven't found anything but exchanging from USD to yen.
