I have Permanent Residency in Japan and my company allow me to work anywhere in the world. So it's very likely that I won't be in Japan for several year, I plan to return to Japan maybe every 5 years to renew my VISA.
I'm currently have both NISA and Tsumitate NISA. I know the condition to use NISA is "people who live in Japan and are 18 years of age or older". I'm not really sure how strict this term is. Is it fine if I keep investing in NISA while outside Japan?
