I’m here in Japan on a DoD SOFA visa. I’m planning to marry a girl that has dependent visa under her dad. Her dads on skill labor Visa.
So my question is if I marry her how does the Visa situation work ? Will she have to go back to her home country in Bali ? Does she get transferred under me as a dependent Visa ? Or can she keep her dependent Visa under her dad after marrying me ?

Isn’t there an office on-base that specifically helps with status-related stuff? You should be asking them.
