Has anybody ever been to the Kyoto Intercollegiate Festa that occurs in October? I see it listed in festival guides for Kansai, but I can't tell if it's of any interest for tourists. I see a lot of photos of dance performances in the #京都å¦ç”Ÿç¥å…¸ tag on instagram– is it just performances on a main stage? Are there booths and food?
