Hello! First time posting here. So im looking for some opinions, if my flight lands at Kansai Airport at 9pm, would I be able to catch the last Haruka express train that leaves for Kyoto at 1016pm? Or would that be too huge of a risk?
The plan is to purchase SIM cards for Japan before flying over so I wouldn’t have to buy them at Kansai Airport. However, I’ll definitely stop by at a convenience store to get some food and drinks at that timing (before heading to Kyoto).
