I just moved to a new city so no friends here, I went to my local police station to do the paperwork to change my car's registered address.
I was told to research by myself or ask someone who knows japanese, no intention to help or explain any further, I was just given the form and dismissed, kinda rude but well fuck me.
I have the following questions, if someone could help me I would be very very grateful
Green: am I supposed to just write the name of my prefecture ?
Blue: I suppose that here an officer will write something so I don't have to touch this ones, right?
Orange: do I have to write my name and address here? The date is… current date, right?
Red: I have no idea at about what goes here, maybe my car number plates and my address again?
Any help will be appreciated, thank you!
