Read some stuff about 'Ashibinaa' but not sure if it's the same concept as Canada's outlet mall mentality (branded stuff at better prices) or just a normal brand shopping mall.
Looking for some places to grab some decent brand stuff at a lower price due to Yen rate.
Any advice/recommendation?
