Where are you spending your post-savings/investment funds to increase quality of life?

For some background, I moved over about a month ago and I'm very fortunate to be working for a U.S. company with a tax-advantaged status. I'm hoping to utilize some of my post-savings/investments funds to increase my quality of life. I'm not looking to waste money but I'm wondering what others are doing here to increase their QOL such as:

  • Health and wellness stuff
  • Specific cleaning services
  • Home things

I'm not looking for typical stuff I already do from the U.S. like getting a gym membership, buying typical appliances etc. More like somewhat Japan-specific expenditures that you felt provided an increase in QOL for a reasonable value. I realize this is a little vague but I'm trying to find out of the ordinary things I normally wouldn't think of.

I've lived like a cheap bastard in HCOL U.S. for a decade and while I plan to save significantly, I will also budget for some QOL upgrades. Appreciate any ideas!
