Itinerary help please recommendations?

Hi all going to Japan this year from the 26th of October to the 6th of November! Was wondering if anyone might have any input into my current itinerary or suggestions based on what me and my partner are interested in ! So far we don't have so much "cultural" things planned for our trip and are trying to look into what would fit best into our likes.

Firstly does any one know any festivals on at this time that would be worth checking out?

Some of the things we love and are considering are a sake distillery tour, the suntory yamazaki whiskey tour near kyoto, going for matcha in uji or a tea ceremony, we really would of loved to go to the Takashi Murakami exhibit in Kyoto but unfortunately it is closed by the time we are go (Extremely upset by this), also considering an onsen or stay over night somewhere in any hotspring town depends what you guys recommend (However we have tattoos).

I think we are not the biggest on shrines and temples so we would probably rather limit this aspect for our trip ! We are pretty flexible and a lot of the dates and day plannings can be changed based on your suggestions but this is my current thinking for our trip:Land Friday 25th midnight at Haneda – Taxi to hotel

26 – sleep in chill day 

• Nails at 12pm – 
• Nezu shrine 
• Temple Sensoji 
• Sumida Park
• Eat at the izakayas near the temple for dinner

27 – Shopping day High end shops

• Dover Street Market 
• Issey miyake
• Comme Des Garçons 
• Gentle Monster 
• Bape
• Human Made
• Vintage if there is time

28 – Exhibit day – Unsure which to pick

• Team labs borderless 
• Museum of Contemporary arts to see any sort of Takashi Murakami. 
• Matcha in the park after 

29 – Vintage shopping day

• Shimokitazawa
• Other things we didn’t get to other shopping day

30 – Chef knife shopping 

• Kappabashi Kitchen Tools Street 
• Fancy Dinner Omakase or Yakiniku

31 – Final Day / Halloween

Go back for anything we saw and missed in the shops to purchase

• Yayoi Kusama Exhibit in the afternoon 
• Hotel and prepare for halloween Party night

1 November – two options:

• Travel to Kyoto or Kanazawa – go to nishki market walk around kyoto visit a shrine or 2 / Sake festival

• Or to a hotspring town with overnight stay / ryokan for a relaxing day and night

2 – Adventure Day 

• Visit Uji for Matcha 
• Yamazaki Suntory Distillery 
• Sake distillery
• Osaka for dinner Fuji Tonkotsu 

3 – Shopping day 

• Vintage shops Namba 
• Lunch at Sushi Sanshin

4 – Chef knife shop day 

• Sakai

5 – day trip not sure which to possibly pick

• Hiroshima 
• Kobe 
• Naoshima Island 
• Onsen
• Kyoto (Depending if we did it before or not)

6 – fly Osaka to Korea
