I feel like maybe I’m bias as a big British indie fan and a long time fan of ZSJ but I can’t think of a better time to crown him and give him that main event spot finally. It felt we were already running out of challengers pre-G1 with Shota, then EVIL and then Naito winning it so why not use this to elevate Zack?
He’s over, he respects and is committed to the company and he delivers in the ring, I won’t ramble too much here but I have done a whole deep dive article on Zack’s journey from debuting and why now is his time to win the G1 if you want to hear more, but i’m interested to know if he’s your favourite to win now?
