I have a website that needs to be translated from Japanese to English. I am new to outsourcing my work to others. Where would I look for a good translator? I would like to maintain a long term professional relationship for my later projects if the translator turns out to be good.
This is Japan, usually finding one though a business cost a ton of money. I would like to connect individually and pay for the service as such.
If you have any experience in such a thing, please let me know or introduce me who can.

You can probably find qualified people for very reasonable prices on fiverr or peopleperhour. I had offered my services there before, though rarely to or from Japanese. Should be available though.
Just… do right by someone who translates to your satisfaction. Freelance translation is such thankless work…
