Hiya! We just went here this morning and stopped to get this ice cream on our way back down. It was sooo good! I think it was half vanilla and half something else(husband went and got it for me, so I didn't see the actual flavor sign). Does anyone know what the flavor of the other half is? I want to know how to make this!

So it’s the blueish-white part? Bit hard to see, but if I’m seeing right, my guess is maybe Ramune flavor – a Japanese soda kinda similar to 7Up.
If your husband bought soft serve ice cream at Nishimura-Tei, it might be Kinako(Soy bean flour) flavor.
