Hi I am currently a user of SoftBank but have moved back stateside and no longer get cell service. When I try to log in to my SoftBank account it tries to send a confirmation number to a phone number that no longer gets service, therefore I cannot access my account at all. I am financing a phone and just wanna pay it off. Does anyone know what I can do about this?
