I've heard that internet bandwidth is shared in apartments, but how about electricity capacity? I'm trying to diagnose a PC problem with the power, and I'm wondering if this super hot summer is maybe causing it if all the units are using AC.
EDIT: Thanks everyone for helping me troubleshoot. I think the problem was that I had a single cable (with pigtail ends) plugged into the GPU and it was drawing more than that cable could handle under full load. I added another cable to the PCIe power slots on the GPU and ziptied the pigtails out of the way. I thought this was a Japan issue for a brief moment, but y'all helped me with the PC problem, haha.
EDIT 2: Nevermind, it happened again after the cabling issue was fixed.
