Is this reasonable for a January Itinerary?

Long awaited first time and I wanted to make an itinerary for my trip to Japan this coming January the 18th – 25th.

Im flying in and out of Tokyo and I want to spend a day in akihabara or Ikebukuro(some anime culture themed district), visit and explore the shrines in Kyoto, spend my birthday(the 20th) in Yudanaka at a ryokan with a private onsen for the night, and take a scenic hike with a view of mt Fujiyama. This is what I came up with so far, please tell me if it seems feasible/reasonable/too ambitious:

January 18th (Arrival in Tokyo)
Hotel: Tokyo
Activities:
Arrive in Tokyo.
Check into your hotel.
Explore the local area and get acclimated.

January 19th (Tokyo – Akihabara)
Hotel: Tokyo
Activities:
Spend the day exploring Akihabara.
Visit electronics shops, anime and manga stores, and themed cafes.

January 20th (Tokyo to Yudanaka – Birthday at Onsen)
Hotel: Yudanaka
Activities:
Travel from Tokyo to Yudanaka.
Check into an onsen ryokan.
Enjoy the hot springs and relax.

January 21st (Yudanaka to Kyoto)
Hotel: Kyoto
Activities:
Travel from Yudanaka to Kyoto.
Check into hotel in Kyoto.
Start exploring some of Kyoto’s famous shrines and temples.

January 22nd (Kyoto – Shrines and Temples)
Hotel: Kyoto
Activities:
Full day exploring Kyoto’s shrines and temples(Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kinkaku-ji and Kiyomizu-dera.)

January 23rd (Kyoto to Kawaguchiko – Mt. Fuji)
Hotel: Kawaguchiko
Activities:
Travel from Kyoto to Kawaguchiko (Lake Kawaguchi area).
Check into hotel.
Explore the area and enjoy views of Mt. Fuji.

January 24th (Kawaguchiko – Scenic Hike)
Hotel: Tokyo
Activities:
Take a scenic hike with views of Mt. Fuji(Chureito Pagoda, Arakurayama Sengen Park, or the trails around Lake Kawaguchi).
Travel back to Tokyo.
Check into hotel in Tokyo.

January 25th (Departure from Tokyo)
Activities:
Depending on flight time, spend some final hours exploring Tokyo.
Head to the airport for departure.
