Been living in Osaka for roughly 6 years and I can speak quite fluent Japanese but my kanji and mostly my knowledge of the administrative world really suck. I'm a freelance worker and I would need someone to take care of my bills (kokumin nenkin, taxes etc) and tell me exactly what I need to pay and what paper and what status I have and where and how and when.
