Accessible Kyoto Sights

We will be going to Kyoto this first week of December and will be with my mother, who will use a wheelchair to get around. She can get out of the wheelchair, she's not paralyzed or anything, however since she has balance problems she needs something or someone to hold on to, so the wheelchair is necessary to be able to move around, but she can get out of it to get over a step or even go up a few stairs.

I have checked sites like Accessible Japan, but I'm looking for firsthand feedback on what sites would be ideal to go to, since there can be some conflicting opinions online. Like some say Kinkaku-ji is mostly accessible, but others consider it not worth going to. Thus far, the places that I have kind of checked as doable locations are: Arashiyama and Tenryu-ji, Kiyomizu-dera, Maruyama Park, Chion-in, and Shoren-in; and the general Gion area. I feel like Fushimi Inari might not be worth the trip?

So I'm wondering if Kinkaku-ji and Ginkaku-ji are worth it, as well as other sites anyone might recommend. Thank you!
