For any Canadians who live in Ontario. The name of the AYCE restaurant is called Kanda Sushi in Mississauga. Right now they have a lunch special for 22.95 on weekdays. Extremely killer deal.

Looks like they cooked the tempura shrimp the traditional way, where you pour batter into the hot oil and quickly roll/mold the shrimp in it. I use to be a sushi chef, and that was one of the harder things for me to learn
