Is J-find visa worth it for fresh graduate?

Hi everyone.
I just recently graduated from my uni and acquired master's degree in IS. And recently I found about this visa and have been thinking about using it as a good opportunity to finally move to Japan.
However, after I have done some initial research, I'm still confused about some parts. Would greatly appreciate if anyone can answer all or any of this questions.

1) As I get it, you have 1 year initially to do job search or startup activities. And then you can apply for 1 more year. Will it be problematic to find apartment with JFind visa? And what about getting a contract with mobile carrier to get mobile data?

2) Does it give you any benefits or make you more welcoming to hire by companies in Japan? As I understand, you can't have a job and work under JFind, you need to get working visa immediately after.

3) A bit more specific question. If I come to Japan under JFind with my 2 years as software dev engineer, would I have some chances at landing a job or it will probably be a waste of time?

P.s. also I study really hard to pass n3 in December, so maybe that would be a somewhat advantage
