ISO Insurance for investment property as non resident

I’m a foreigner, without an address in Japan and in the process of buying an investment property there.

I’m looking for recommendations for a property insurance company that will cover the standard fire and added earthquake insurance for the property. Ideally the company can work with me in English, and doesn’t require me to have a residence in Japan.

I tried to get an online quote with Sony, a company I’d seen recommended on this page, but came up short as it required me to provide Japanese address for my residence. Would love to hear any other suggestions.
