Hello! I'm travelling to Okinawa for the first time in mid-September with my husband, and we'd like to do a dive or snorkel trip through a shop on Zamami. I read a tip somewhere that for trips around the Keramas, booking with locals in the Keramas is a better bet than booking with most main island shops.
So that requires that I get there by ferry. Information on how to reserve seats on the ferry is…confusing. I figured out I want to take the high speed ferry from Tomari to Zamami, leaving Tomari at 9am and returning later from Zamami at 5p. But this reservation site and seat availability chart (https://yoyaku.vill.zamami.okinawa.jp/zamami\_web/ennmnu0101!doAvailability.action) is concerning – it sounds like I can't book online as a foreigner until 23d out? But also, that morning trip from Tomari to Zamami is already booked up on most days through the end of August.
Hugely appreciate any advice/tips.
