Moving to a different apartment

Hello,

I was wondering if any other fellow jets have moved into a different apartment after living for a few months. If I were to tell them that I do not want to live in their accommodation housing anymore, what are the steps like and what fees will I have to pay?

Also wanted to note: the housing that they provided us, are they month to month lease or yearly lease? What fee will I have to pay in order to break the contract? Or does it vary per situation.
