When I watch anime and shows I find myself not knowing what to do with myself.
When I see a vocab or kanji I don't know, I want to stop the show and research it and put it in my anki deck but I've told I have to "suffer ambiguity" in order to learn.
Also when I run into a sentence I fully know, I automatically translate it back in my head to English, as if I haven't convinced I'm aware of the meaning without translating, but I've also been told that translating back is a bad habit.
It's to the point that I'm watching anime and I don't what I should be doing to actually efficiently learn because I keep contemplating all this information and don't have a set method.
Help my brain is fighting me😅
