Japanese and Korean hate relationship question

As it seems, Korean hates Japanese but I do not find this from Japanese in both mainland and America( mostly Fobs) Why is that?

Also, It is disturbing to see that these younger generation Korean hates Japanese for no reason.IS it learning behavior?
