Going to be spending the first few days staying in Chuo, Tokyo. I was thinking of going to Udon Mandajiro to celebrate my birthday at dinner. My question is- is it okay to bring a cake from outside and light it in the restaurant?
Udon Mandajiro seems to be a small restaurant where it has “bar seating”. If it’s not suitable, does anyone have suggestions of a better restaurant? And any suggestions of must see sights to see in Tokyo to celebrate? Any advice is appreciated!
