Hey everyone! I just finished Genki 1, and I feel like the book doesn’t cover everything for the N5 level. For instance, while practicing with previous JLPT N5 kanji quizzes, I noticed that not all 145 kanji I learned from the book appeared on the quizzes, and there were some new ones I hadn’t seen before. I also encountered new grammar points while solving questions. This makes me wonder if finishing Genki 1 alone will be sufficient. Do you have any recommendations for additional materials to cover extra kanji and grammar? Thankfully, my listening skills are quite good since I watch anime and other Japanese media without subtitles.
