Hi all! Originally from Europe, I'm having trouble to find a skin solution for a mild case of Pityriasis Rosea I've dealt with on and off. It manifests solely in light red spots on my skin but I sincerely dislike the look of it so I'd like to treat it.
Normally, I treat this with Selsun (a medical solution easily available back home) and after 3 or 4 showers it would be gone and no need to worry about it for the next year but it seems like that specific name is only related to anti-dandruff shampoo here. That is not completely what I'm looking for. I've not dealt with the medical system here and I know what the story and diagnoses is, but I'm having trouble finding resources where I might be able to find similiar products. (Checked Amazon and iHerb but it doesn't look like they have much options).
Any tips would be greatly appreciated! FYI my Japanese is not fluent, basic conversation at best.
