Hi All,
I was wondering if I require permission from the building management to have Fibre Internet installed into my apartment. I own the apartment and it would be installed during regular office hours. Has anyone had experience with this? I don't really speak much Japanese yet, but I also couldn't find any information regarding this for owners, only for renters/tenant.
