Wireless Glucose monitor device and Radio Law

I just found out my Glucose monitor for my Diabetes isn’t approved for use in Japan due to the Radio Law. I’m wondering if I could genuinely get in trouble for wearing & using my CGM?

Or if there are any places I should definitely not bring it?
