Tokyo Sports, who typically is fed information by NJPW, has published an article about the possibilities for the final Block competition nights. In it they state:

In the event of a tie on points, the ranking will be determined by the superiority of direct confrontations in official matches. If three or more players line up and there is no superiority in direct confrontations, a deciding match (rules to be determined according to the circumstances) will be held.

It’s unknown if by “superiority in direct confrontations” they mean only the direct record against the others in the tie (ie: if W, X, Y, Z are tied and X beat Y but lost to W & Z in the singles matches) or overall records against the others in the tie (ie: X is 1-2 against the other three in the tie).

What they mean does not effect the possible A Block three-way tie that is SANADA’s only chance of getting through; which is Naito beating O-Khan for 12 and then a tie at 10 for the final spot between SANADA with a tie record of 1 (Shingo) – 1 (EVIL), Shingo with a tie record of 1 (EVIL) – 1 (SANADA), and EVIL with a tie record of 1 (SANADA) – 1 (Shingo).
