Hey everybody, I want nothing more than to be an ALT. Until now, I was stuck working for a large eikaiwa company and something that always got on my nerves was all the corporate BS involved in the job („motivational“ meetings, useless trainings, tons of questionnaires where I‘m meant to point out flaws of colleagues, constant talk of “the client“ i.e. the parents of the kids). It just annoys me.
But since I want to be an ALT there‘s nothing I can do but apply to another big dispatch corporation.
How annoying are those companies? Would they leave me alone to get immersed in the day-to-day at a school or would they constantly pull me out and back into all this corporate BS? I‘m happy for any advice you might have!
