It is my very first time as a reddit user!
I am currently drafting a business plan to present to our board regarding the opening of a subsidiary in Japan, our very first.
My boss is on board, trusts me and approves of the plan but here is the last step: convincing the whole board.
For such a presentation, I want it tonbe crystal clear with correct estimations of all the costs.
I could beneficiate from JETRO's advising so far and the whole process goes smoothly. Nevertheless, I have the remaining questions:
– Registration costs,
– Operational cost regarding tax and legal stuff,
– Feedback on Banks that are more or less open about opening an account for a company with the current context,
– Name & prices for a private office in Osaka for one person where I could eventually invite one or two customers (I only found wework so far).
Does anyone have some similar experience or resources that could help me getting these answers ?
