Hey everyone!
I'm planning a 1 Month trip to Japan with a friend starting from 23th, August.
This will be our fist time traveling to Japan and we are very excited 😀 Both of us are 22 years old and we like to explore, tasting new food, experience the culture and ofc enjoying the nightlife.
Our Itinerary will be in this order:
- Osaka
- Kyoto
- Okinawa
- Hakone
- Tokyo
As for the planning we came up with this, what do you think?
24th – 27th Osaka
- 1. day: Our plane arrives in Osaka Airport around 17:30 so we just Check-in, have some Dinner and Explore Osaka at night
- 2. day: Osaka Castle, explore the park in the area, at night we go to the Kuchi Teien Observatory and to the Round 1 Dotonbori
- 3. day: Super Mario Land (maybe because we dont really want to wait in long queues even with the express pass), Shopping, Nightlife
- 4. day: Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, teamLab Botanical Garden (at night) and eat at a fancy restaurant
28th – 1st Kyoto
- 5. day: Check-out from Osaka and Check-in Kyoto, Nijo Castle
- 6. day: Fushimi Inari Taisha, Rengeo-in temple, Toji Castle, Nishiki Market, Kinkaku-ji
- 7. day: Daytrip to Nara
- 8. day: Bamboo Forest, okochi mountain villa, Kiyomizu-dera, Higashiyama Jisho-ji
- 9. day: Check-out and going back to Osaka to fligh to Okinawa
1st – 8th Okinawa
- 10. day: Chill day/ explore the City and eat some Soba 😀
- 11. day: Zamami Island
- 12. day: Kokusaidori, Rent a Car
- 13. day: American City, watch the Sunset at Araha Beach
- 14. day: Daytrip with the Car, Dinner at Cafe Ocean Blue, Yanbaru-natinal Park
- 15. day: Random Activity nothing really planned for the day, except for the Night where we Party through the night to celebrate my friends birthday
- 16. day: Makishi Public Market, day also pretty open
- 17. day: Last day in Okinawa so we fly back to Haneda Airport, where we take a train to Hakone
8th – 11th Hakone (Mt. Fuji area)
- 17. day: Check-in, Visit Hakone-en Shrine if the weather is good, chill at Park Cafe
- 18. day: Rent a nice Car and drive to Fuji Q, Visit the nearby Citys like Kawaguchiko or Fujikawaguchiko, depending on the time we go Hiking at Arakuraama
- 19. day: Free Time
- 20. day: trainride back to tokyo
11th – 19th Tokyo
- 20. day: Check-in, explore the area around the Hotel, visit the Imperial Palace (its near our Hotel), Shopping
- 21. day: TeamLab Borderless, Toyko Tower, Have Dinner at Jade Room + Garden Terrace
- 22. day: Visit Shinjuku and stay there the whole day and enjoy the nightlife
- 23. day: visit Shibuja and go shopping again, at night go to Shibuja Sky
- 24. day: Visit the Senso-ji Shrine and Tokyo Skytree
- 25. day: Akihabara, pretty open ngl
- 26. day: also open
- 27. day: def. last time Party Time before we fly back home
- 28. day: Check-out, and go to Narita Airport because we kinda messed up the airports xD
Overall I think that the Itinerary is alright, some days are empty for spontaneus activities, maybe some days are packed with to much?
