Anyone else try to chase it?
From Tokyo you could go about 4 hours by train to where it was supposed to almost meet landfall.
Basically I planned out my route and then watched on YouTube and meteorgraphicsl website all day but it began veering east so at best I would have got 65mph winds which is not worth an 8 hours train journey plus waiting till the next morning to go home
I watch a lot of storm chasers on YouTube like reed Zimmer who chase tornadoes
Anyone else thought about storm chasing in Japan?
I got a short clip of going out in Hagibis but that was before I was really into storm chasing and before I had a good camera too. It was insane like you thought you could die at any moment if debris was blown your way
