Working Holiday Visa Doctors Note

Hi there,

I'm in the process of applying for a Working Holiday Visa and have obtained my required doctors note…. however, I have concerns about my mental health diagnosis being on the doctors note I was provided by my physician. I don't take medication nor do I do treatment so I wouldn't need anything from the Japanese government…. Would this affect my chances of my visa application being accepted?

I really appreciate any thoughts!
