Additional notes
1) On 25th Oct, undecided whether to travel to Biwa for a ryokan experience or stay in one in Kyoto (not too concerned with a private onsen)
2) Currently my plan is to stay overnight in Hiroshima on 26th Oct, however, could it be done as a day trip and stay in Osaka instead?
3) I have free days in Tokyo on 29th Oct & 1st Nov – open for recommendations for things I may have missed
4) I need guidance on luggage forwarding services for the segments between Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and back to Tokyo. Planning on taking an overnight bag to places such as Kawaguchiko & Hiroshima so our large cases can be transferred to the bigger cities/hotels.
