I got declined a refinancing loan by the "Credit Review" team and cannot understand why – I actually applied with Prestia as part of a benefit deal they have with my firm.
I'm 43, PR holder, refinancing with 65M left on the mortgage and earn 20-25M myself plus my wife's income who owns 30% of the place. I have zero debts/loans (aside my existing mortgage).
I was totally shocked – has anyone else experienced this?
*update* – I found out is was because one month I was a few days late on a mortgage repayment which they saw from records – just one month… 🙁
