How to get to Happy Pancake Awaji Island Terrace in Awaji Island from Osaka

Hi! Will be planning to go to awaji island but it seems like it’s hard to get there from Kintetsu-Nippombashi Station in Osaka. Any Tips?

What I see on my end is :

Take train from Kintetsu-Nippombashi Station to Kobe-Sannomiya Station

Then take the bus from Shinki Bus Kobe Sannomiya Bus Terminal, but do not know where to stop to get to Happy Pancake Awaji Island Terrace. I also do not know if this is the best way to get there. Also, will Suica Card work for this way or is it a separate train pass?
