Onsen and places to go around Narita Airport under 16 hours layover

Hi all. Any recommendations where to explore outdoor onsen and things to do/shop/eat around Narita Airport for a short layover in less than 16 hours?

Things i want to explore that i currently have in mind are:

1. Outdoor onsen. Either 龍泉の湯 or Sora No Yu (closest to airport) – but open to other options! My best experience so far is something like Fuji Yurari Onsen with Mount Fuji view and Genshichi Roten no Yu Zao Onsen in Miyagi. So recommendations for something similar like that would be appreciated!
2. Mega Don Quijote for souvenirs and cute stuff!
3. Would love to rent a bike/go on a bike tour but since I'm going to be there in early September, not sure about the availability when the summer ends?
