Do you need a prescription for Hill’s CD ねこ food in Japan?

Anyone have experince will prescription ねこ foods? I see I can buy it on Japanese Amazon but there's no place for entering vet info, and would they accept a US vet prescription anyway? Or it is OTC there (which would be great and simplify things). Trying to plan ahead and sort that out before we get there.
