I arrived in Japan on 30-Jan (receiving my residency card on arrival) and started full-time employment on 1-Feb.
I just received a bill for January’s nenkin to the tune of 16,520yen even though I was in Japan for two days in January.
Is there documentation somewhere regarding partial fees for an incomplete month or do I have to pay for the entire month when I was actually here for two days?
