Long question. としたら, とすると､すると､とすれば difference compared to なら, たら, and ば?

How are:

としたら, とすると, すると, and とすれば all different compared to each other and なら, ば, and たら?

Like I saw this sentence:

選ぶとすれば、僕はこれだな。

Why isn’t たら, なら or ば used?

Same as:

電車で行くとしたら、時間はどのくらいかかりますか。

Or

その話が本当だとすると、大変なことだ。

Why not use たら, なら､ば etc?

Please explain how they are different from one another.
