Job hunting in Japan through websites and Tokyo Career Forum

I (24F) completed my master's in Japanese language and culture last year in December. I was an exchange student at Tohoku University (Sendai, Miyagi) for six months too.
I wasn't able to find a nice job in my country these past months because I realized my degree isn't really useful.
I heard that in Japan companies are open to hire newly graduates and train them no matter what their major was (新卒), but I also heard that this kind of job hunting should start before graduating. Is it too late for me?
I'm currently a freelance language teacher and I know many languages, but I'm not a native English Speaker. I'm studying coding too and I think I'd like to get an IT internship or position in Japan, but I wonder if it's possible.
I'd like to move to Japan next year, around March or April, and I want to go to the Tokyo Career Forum this winter. If anyone has ever tried going there, I'd be glad to get an advice.
Also, if you know any websites for job hunting in Japan that I can check these months that'd be good.
I have a Japanese N2 Level but I haven't got the certificate yet. I'll take the test in December.
