I’m an international student traveling to Japan in one week. For the residence card photo, do I need to bring a prepared physical photo or will the immigrant office take a photo. The instructions aren’t clear if it’s for the initial issue or for reissue if I lose it. I have a long flight and want to be as prepared as possible
