Itinerary Check 2i1sh days in Japan Nov-Dec 2024

Here is my itinerary for my 3 weekish first time trip to Japan later this year.

Anything I can optimize or not worth seeing? Is one day in Osaka enough? Okinawa/ Surrounding islands is something I definitely want to see but not sure if December is a good time to go. Not sure if Matsumoto should be replaced by another day in Tokyo as well?

Western Kyoto
