Considering taking a position in Japan, concerned about school for 6 year old

I'm considering taking a position in Japan because I have a 6 year old daughter who does not speak any Japanese whatsoever. She would need to be in an English speaking school. I know there are some high quality schools ( https://www.jcis.jp/member-schools/ ) but I'm not sure that they can take a student at any time of year and there may be wait lists. I wouldn't have much control over what time of the year I move there, so it could be in the middle of the school year.

Are there decent options outside of the schools from the link I provided that I could get her into without dealing with wait lists? Schools that would essentially be guaranteed admittance on demand. Cost isn't really an issue, it's more the timing/wait lists.

Are there any public schools that do a good job of accommodating English speaking children? I'm assuming there aren't, but given there are some areas with lots of English speaking people, I guess it's possible.
