Recently I want to send a parcel from Japan to Vietnam . Normally I used EMS by Japan Post but my current new home is far away from it so I want to try with Yamato
Here's what I found out about their service

Here's my understand about the procedure
1) Packing stuff
2) Get their invoice paper, fill in information and attached to packing
3) Call to their international shipping number which is 0120-5931-69 and request for a pick up date and time
I want to ask anyone who have experience with their service
Is above procedure is correct ?
How can I get their invoice paper ( maybe going to yamato office to get it )?
