Anyone with Experience Using Kizunaya Sharehouses?

Hi everyone!

I'm planning a working holiday in Japan next year and will be splitting a room with a friend who's also coming on a WH visa. We're currently exploring our accommodation options and are thinking of starting out in a sharehouse. It seems like a convenient and flexible way to settle in before potentially finding something more permanent.

We’re aware of the common issues with sharehouses—like dirty common areas, noise, or even housemates "borrowing" from your cupboard, and we are ok with those drawbacks. We've been looking into Kizunaya Sharehouses because their prices are a bit lower than what we’ve seen with Sakura House and Oakhouse.

However, we’re a bit cautious and want to make sure we’re not walking into a scam or a sketchy situation. Has anyone here used Kizunaya’s services before? Are they as reliable and legit as Sakura House? We’d love to hear about your experiences before making any commitments.
