Second time travelling to Japan – Advices/tips appreciated!

Hi, I am travelling in Dec 2024 and it’s my second time travelling to Japan in 10 years.

I would like to get advices on how long I should stay in all the places listed above.

Am thinking of:
Osaka – 5 nights
Kobe – 2 nights
Hakone – 2 nights
Tokyo – 5 nights

Must visit places for me:
Osaka – Dontoburi, USJ
Kobe – no specific place but definitely trying Kobe beef
Hakone – a place where I can see Mt. Fuji. Definitely staying in a ryokan
Tokyo – Shibuya
